Can we see #357 with "IT" smaller so it fits better in the circle? Can you also change the words to dark grey and the orange to the same blue as in #331?

#362, please make the grey darker (like charcoal) and the "build, maintain, protect, secure" blue as well. Also, please change the i in IT back to lower case.
