I like how you make the word "Invisible" a little invisible. Very creative!
The only thing that prevented me from ranking these (if you read my comments on some of the others) is the TIE on the logo. I don't want to make my female customers feel that I am biased towards one gender (even though the majority of bosses are, indeed, male).
