The Historic Holly TheaterLogo Design Contest

Thank you for submitting your designs.

I like the way the overall design of #12 has incorporated an art deco style! Any way you can transition the "HH" into "Holly" and still keep that concept? Most folks call the theater "The Holly". Only the official name is "The Historic Holly Theater".

So...we would like to keep that official name there, but if the top, iconic portion of the logo could read "Holly" with a "the" toward the top, I think it would better meet our needs.

We really love the simplicity and style of the logo, however, it almost seems unfinished. At the risk of losing the simplicity we really like, it could use a little ornamentation. Any ideas?

I understand what you want.
The idea is to create a simple logo that you remember, which can be used in miniature or Storefont. (Letterhead, Fax, etc.)
I think we can add embellishments in the background depending the media.
I'm going to experiment.

Can we see the full turquoise on the white background?
