Here with a gradient from grass green to dark.My take is that it becomes a little bit like stating the obvious... logo with rugby balls, goals.. and so. So therefore I tune down all these icons and goes conceptual instead, just hinting the shape, leaving it up to the circumstances to fill in the blanks instead. Much like Nike's swoosh symbol.Hope you like it.RegardsRobert O. AkermanSTOLT-AKERMAN.COM(This comment references Entry #41) 14 years ago Akerman Logo Designer Blue version. This is my personal favourite. ;-)(This comment references Entry #49) 14 years ago Akerman Logo Designer Version with a goal in perspective and the 'ball' soaring above it. The perspective on the text and the goal creates movement, activity - instead of flat horizontal text which can become very static. Now it says "Up, up and away!Robert O. Imagine this also on the entrance to the field on a big billboard. All these colours you can control yourself in the vector file - Select any colour to replace the blue, the white or the brown. You can even have separate colours on text and on the ball or goal, although it might look less coordinated.. and somewhat busy... your choice. ;-)(This comment references Entry #67) 14 years ago Akerman Logo Designer 3D version with highlights and shades. Just remember that whilst this works well on the screen, it might not look that good when embroidered or even printed. also printing gradients tend to become slightly more expensive than flat colours.RegardsRobert O.
