What We Do
The Heirloom is a 19th century building that started off as a printing company and later became home to the N.K. Hurst Co. Inc for the distribution of dried beans, peas, lentils, and sweeteners. In 2019, operations were moved to a new warehouse leaving the building to be meticulously restored to showcase its industrial character and stunning proportions as a gorgeous new event center. Adaptable for many uses and available to rent for weddings ceremonies and receptions, corporate functions, convention gatherings, social events, and non-profit fundraisers, The Heirloom is one of a kind!
The Heirloom is located directly south of the Lucas Oil Stadium and boasts views in the heart of the downtown skyline. The venue is complete with the original brick walls, polished wood floors, and exposed beams making for a beautifully rustic ambiance for any event. The open concept layout and portable bar units allow for the ability to customize the space to fit your needs. The outdoor mezzanine/terrace makes for a great atmosphere for cocktail receptions. Not only do the all-glass garage doors provide spectacular outdoor sights, but they can be opened up to bring the fresh air in too!
The entertainment suite is decked out with a bar, fridge, pool table, TV, and lounge furniture perfect for a green room space or pre- and post-ceremony hangout spot. The meeting and conference room space is complete with a table for 8, TV, lounge seating and even vanity stations for pre-event dressing room space.
The Heirloom is a full-service venue, operated by Crystal Catering, to create the best culinary experience for your wedding, corporate event or reception. We will help coordinate all the layout, timeline, linens, rentals, food (optional), beverage and audio-visual aspects of your event, making the planning process easy for you! You will enjoy delicious food and beverage options expertly crafted by our award-winning chefs and mixologists. We strive to keep up with all the latest culinary trends and showcase our food in a way that reflects the uniqueness of our space.
