What We Do
Simon's Fund was founded ten years ago following the death of our son, Simon. He was three months old and died in his sleep. It was discovered that he had an undetected and treatable heart condition. The Fund raises awareness about sudden cardiac arrest and death in children by providing free heart screenings to students, advocating for legislation to protect student athletes, and promoting research. To learn more, visit simonsfund.org.
This project is to design a logo for a continuing medical education course. The first CME was held last weekend and was a tremendous success. It brings together all of the stakeholders in the care for student athletes - cardiologist, pediatricians, sports medicine docs, nurses and athletic trainers.
