I know this might not be completely ok but check the background on the one we have ranked number 3. Can I see some variations along those lines?

I cannot do what he did, or I'm sure he'll take me to Logo Tournament's logo court that I copied him. He already threatened me over another couple of designs I uploaded which I subsequently withdrew (although I think he was very inspired by some of my designs). But, oh well. I will submit some new designs that's in the same vein, but doesn't copy that design and see what you think. I will upload those shortly.

Here's some options on the underlying shape of my logo that you've ranked #1. Colors, font and sandwich are all the same, just the background shape has changed. Let me know if you want to see any more.

I guess what i meant to say was to only change the green background on the one we have ranked #1 from. We just wanted to see it with (what my wife calls) "speckled" background, We like the font, the sandwich itself, and the way it sits to the side. Don't change anything else but the green background.
