The Gutting GroupLogo Design Contest

Nice start. Not sure if I like the word real estate as 'long' as Gutting Group. Also, don't care for the 'house pic' between the G's... I think I want it more clean or basic.. but with some character so that I could possibly brand the 2 'G's. Keep the ideas coming.

~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

Item #4 and Item #5 is getting closer... There is definitely a branding logo that incorporates the G... however, I think I would prefer the 2 Gs being separated someway.. maybe in a unique font or design, rather than in on top of each other or combined together. I dont want a cursive, squigly font.. something unique, but professional and memorable. My vision of the logo is rather simplistic.

As you can tell... I like the simplistic G's... no fancy cursive Gs.... my ultimate goal would be to brand the GG logo so that if the words, The Gutting Group were removed, people would recognize the GG branding. I think of Hilton Heads HH in a circle and Jimmy Johns Sandwiches with their JJ. These are very basic designs; however, almost everyone would recognize the brand without the words. Spinning the Gs upside down and backward and getting them constorted too bad is not what I am looking for. Think simplistic, but unique and different. I don't just want to helvetica G's.

Try putting two 'lower case' g's next to each other in a simple format and lets see how that looks.

Wow... A love this site.. I really appreciate all the logo's.. you are all awesome. We are getting close. Can we experiment with the actual 'font' of the 'g'...both lower case and upper case. Look at idea #97. This was a creative 'g'... not something you see everyday. It seems as if most designers are using 2 different type of 'G's... I knew this is a challenge, but I am looking for some uniqueness and creativity to the actual look of the 'font' or 'custom' G.... but I do not want it to be to luxurious, fancy or cursive. Just something unique.. what I envision is something drawn or made up..not an actual font! Little over a day left! Lets get it.. I am excited and sincerely appreciate your efforts and look forward to displaying this logo all over my website, yard signs, marketing materials, newspapers, magazines, brochures, etc.

Hey. Sorry I withdrew all my entries from your contest. I thought I was removing them from my 'completed contests page', which I always do when contests are finalized, but a few minutes later I saw your contest on my 'In Judging' page. I don't know what happened.
