The Green Dragon OnlineLogo Design Contest

We like the dragon. A few questions:

1) Is the dragon an original work by you to which we would own the rights once the contest is over if you won
2) Please show us a treatment of Green Dragon where the text isn't bowed at the top and bottom. It is very similar to WordArt in Microsoft Word.
