You nailed so much of the feel I'm going for on your first try. . .awesome!
These are my thoughts: Could you change the text to say "Gorp Bar" and perhaps play with the sun concept behind the tractor? Maybe some experimenting with making the sun bigger, trying different colours. . fading. .. maybe even creating a multi coloured sun?
Don't change anything on the tractor and the wings. . they rock!

I think perhaps the sun should not have the sharp rays coming from it. .. .there is already so much great design in the tractor. So if you could make the sun bigger and try some more earthy colours I think that would be fantastic.
Also wondering if you wouldn't mind trying a few different fonts in black. . .I think in some applications this one could be hard to read. .. .
