#17 and #16- I dont see the difference between the two. Like the concept but dislike the medical bag. How about coming up with something else. Possibly 2 male figures of sometype maybe holding up the fish or working on the fish in some manner. Possibly appearring as they are examining the fish as a doctor would a patient or something.
