This is what you've been looking for:
'THE EDGE' in a modern sporty font that really gives emphasis to the word 'EDGE'.
A rising horizon edge gradient inside 'EDGE' - A new dawn breaks.
An edgy 3D arc (with a star reflection if you like - since you're training future stars).
All in a strong bold steel-alloy colour ranging from deepest adamantium (movie ref. X-men) to soft chrome.
Meaning it is not black - It is a dark cool bluish hue. Something that sadly is hard to see in these submissions.

Intelligent placing of 360 - The logo never looses balance but keeps its forward momentum (in direction of the arc.)

Something to be proud when you're wearing it.

Another alternative choice is to place 'THE' outside the arc/swoosh - Thereby puttin' emphasis on the concept: Arc/EDGE/360
