The NookLogo Design Contest

Thanks for all the amazing entries so far!!
I will actually be changing the name of my business from: "The Eco Nook", to just "The Nook" once the new logo is done. The reason behind taking the "Eco" part out of the logo, is that I dont want to limit the shop to just eco products, and I also feel that the whole Eco term, may put some people off completely from coming into the shop. I will still have lots of natural and organic products, but I want to be able to stock other things too, as well as making everyone feel welcome to come into the shop, and not narrowing my target market so much.

Am I missing something about the provided bird here? I thought it said they didn't own the copyright?

Is it just me or are some of those "birds" the same as the sample provided?

I do not own the copyright to the bird.....And there is no necessity to have a bird, cage or brach. I would LOVE to see something completely different, but everyone seems to just be copying everyone else's design.
