Hi thanks for submission. Probably dont want anything with houses. We sell primarily high end conodos and we are located in the city. Like the creative use of letters--back-to-back, reflections. Like the use of light effects. Would like to see something less electric by way of colors, but don't mind use of color splashes in key areas.

Really appreciate all the designs and effort! Like the creative use of letters--overall like the E's back to back (more representative of us as equal parts of a male/female business relationship team) combined with lettering as in #13, and do like the creative combination of the E's of entry #1 (would like to see this in other color variations that would more fit our website color scheme. Prefer incorporating "Real Estate Team", and would like to see variations of designs incorporating the slogan too, as in entry #22. Like the use of a builiding-like yet subtle image, such as the "roof" on entry #16. Still really like the use of light effects and reflections to give more depth and a dynamic appeal.

#1 and #2 are both tossups at this point! Any variations would be great. We just changed colors to ,ake the logo's work better with transparent background... http://www.styleagent.net/templates/toluca/toluca_four.htm this is the template we are using and the the logo is going to sit right where the "sample Seller" wording is. So colors need to stand out.
