This is a monogram which means its a shape combined a D and a J together into 1 symbol. The reason I've tilted the simple is to make the whole shape a tick mark for reference to "voting" with a star for a political touch. This mark would be easily brandable, very cheap to reproduce in bulk and exude professionalism.
