Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ At contest close you will need to have 3 different designers ranked in the top three positions.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

#6... The fence that borders the entire property is a white farm fence, with three horizontal boards, everything is square on the fence. We don't want something "churchy", but modern and slick.. no rough fonts... we are trying to get away from that old look... think upscale hotel.

#7 No crosses, we want it to look like an upscal neighborhood development

I'd like to see more creative use of fonts, other than text in a line... can the words be combined creatively? Stacked?

I am hoping for something cool that would look like a resort.

Now we are getting some good designs! I'd like to see the fence with four boards across.
I like the stacked lettering. Keep working toward upscale hotel feel, resort.
Can we see something with fatter font? All seem to be thin..

The rooftop is a good idea, but what about a barn roof instead of a housetop?
