The CompounderLogo Design Contest

Kikko - Thanks for the logo concepts. I'd like to try to move away from the green leaf and see something that better depicts a pharmacy. Both are very nice! :)

Good morning, all! I'm happy to see more more great submissions this morning! Thank you all for your work. Hats off to de.sign for the great concept of incorporating the 'x' under the 'R' in Compounder. We like that a lot!! Technoexperts - thank you for your designs, but we're looking for something more simple. Looking forward to another great day at Logo Tournament!

Could someone provide a logo design based on the bottom right icon - the two pills opening to form the shape of a heart?

Would like to see something like that - in green... with the words 'The Compounder' - and the tagline 'Caring for your health'

For anyone concerned about the use of the iStockPhoto icon set - I have purchased this set from iStockPhoto, so we should be able to use it for this design contest.

I would like to see more logos use the 'Rx' at the end of the word 'Compounder'. This is a commonplace association for pharmacies and I think it's a great idea.

I'd like to see concepts with #21 and #24 with the Rx incorporated.

I noticed that the design from Axehead with the 'Rx' incorporated has been removed.

Just to be clear, the contest rules state:
Concepts that are considered obvious will also be fair game, for example: a dog & cat for a pet hospital, shopping bag for an e-commerce company, a tooth for a dentist, initials for a lawyer, etc.

'Rx' is an obvious reference to prescriptions/pharmacies. I expect to be able to see other concepts with this included.

Any entries containing the images referenced above must be removed.

Rx is a reasonably novel approach here but is not the deciding factor in the contest. The icon will be.

I agree that the icon will be the deciding factor, but to be clear, could you confirm that it is acceptable for all designers to use the 'Rx'?

In response to Ivan's direction regarding the use of the iStock icon, I am moving #s 28, 31, 33, 34 and 35 to the 'Not Interested' column.

My apologies to the designers as I was unaware of this rule when I made the suggestion.
