1. The stylized graph is a good element, although it speaks more like an engineering firm (looks like a bridge?) than a graph.
2. The horizontal layout works and the contemporary treatment of the name aside of the mark with the line separating the two. Allows us to easily use the mark by itself, if needed.
3. The design doesn't need to be wildly 3D/shading or lit and you did a good job of using that with subtlety to enhance the design.
