Yoi, thank you for the great entries! Love the sun the way you did it on #46. Very cool - very reflective of the style that I was looking for. The character you designed is also really nicely done. As for suggestions, the book could be crisper and I definitely like the text the way Kib has it on #42 (other than the bottom of the C not being flat and the word 'The' not being quite right). Would also want 'TBP' in caps on chest and I'd like to see the head with the Mercury wings on top or something other than just round, although I totally get why you did that and I think it looks good like that... I'd just like to see it another way. Also, as for his 'underwear' or whatever... I like the way #42 has it better OVERALL because it is not so standout by being black and blending into the shading. I just wanted to touch base and make sure if either of us have any problems with each others design for The Book Place that we discuss any issues and so we do not have to involve any Logo Court problems. The designer has made it clear what he wanted and it's starting to seem were doing the same ideas - which is fine, that's what the CH wanted - The CH is also saying he likes things each of has done and wants both of us to use those elements (like the way I did the text under the book, he didn't ask for it originally) - I don't have any problems concerning any elements I came up with yet because the CH is getting what he wants. Please feel free to message me if you have any problems - the CH is making us work off each others designs and I'm trying to avoid that so there is no problems...I just don't want to step on each other toes since there isn't much room for original concepts since he's explained exactly what he wants.
