would it be possible to have a little more green in Rank 1, keeping the blue shading in the green portion (so not a solid colour) and therefore ensuring that the green is a little more prominent and possibly a little brighter?

As for the lettering can you show a version with a darker grey font

Dark blue: C100 M66 Y0 K0
Light blue: C100 M0 Y0 K0

Green to blue Gradient:
Green: C70 M11 Y100 K0
