You are on the right track. I like the thinner lines. Maybe make the ball more earth and ocean like. Maybe make a call center headset over the orb with the trident Maybe make the 3 spikes further apart.. Add a call center element maybe Someone wearing a head set and the headset is the trident bent. maybe the orb wearing a headset. NOt sure but I like your idea
