Nice! I really like the feel of this one, but I think the "hand" symbolism needs to be stronger.

The gradient looks good, but for a logo, it needs to be simple. I don't think the sheen would look good printed on some surfaces.

The font is nice. The word "Wellness" is important and I wonder if it should stand out more.
