How about for new draft ?

Could we see this updated without lines in between, the font size of "apartments" smaller, and "The Argyle" larger (maybe switching the font sizes). Can we also see an option with darker shades of these colors. The symbol is a little too abstract, if we could see something more recognizable, that would be great.
