I chose to use BOLD visible designs that catch the eye from a distance, I recommended that realtors stand back from the screen at a distance and evaluate how visible a logo is from the greatest distance. This shows the logo(s) that get you the most recognition...quickest. I also use modern icons that work as web logos and possible app icons at some point..

I like references to the "white picket fence" and the feeling that it evokes as well.
