I like these but will move the one with gray #64 out as it is less colorful than the others. I would like to see the "U" get highlighted somehow. our drug in the trial is the U (ublituximab). I like the path like the definition of the Rubicon river or pathway forward. Would love to see more iterations of that or with a path, a river....still keeping a highlight on the U (different color or different treatment?).
It is already one of my favorites but we are a team that is weighing in. I like that it is simple but still does what I hope with the emphasis on the U and like the "river" going through the "O".
I added some comments to the brief if you can re-read for ideas. I dont know if we gave this a Roman flair (font of elsewhere)....
I have been googling "crossing the Rubicon river" for images and for definition of that.
I have asked the core team of about 5 people to weigh in so I will share any feedback that I get in the next 12-20 hours or so.
I have been trying to post messages for last 20 hours and it wouldn't let me. Sorry for delay....this is an old comment but still applies.
I like these,...cannot decide exactly which one to rank where...and want to see what a few members of our team think. I still like the first crown - like #139 and 107...and think it is best over the U since that is our "drug" our "crown jewel"? I know the COO liked your version with the TG Therapeutics under it so a version of #107 and 139 with that would be good to see.
Have you played around with making the I a column like a roman column...or giving the font an ancient feeling? Could be good or really bad :)
I will be in our NY offices tomorrow to get live comments and feedback amongst a group.
I would like to see #139 and some of the crown designs where the crown is over the U with the "TG Therapeutics" under it.
Also look at the Kansas City Royals in the World Series playoffs for Major League baseball. Not to copy it but they have a very regal crown...like the way it looks.
UPDATE: #139 is still the leading one but some of the other crowns are nice. I want to discard all of the entries without the crown over the U, but have not de-prioritized or moved them yet so that the team can see the varied crowns.
I would like to see a version of #139 with the company name (like #50) that seemed to disappear.
Oops .. I was also in doubt whether you were getting my messages . Okay no worries . I appreciate your ideas of Roman Column don't you think it will be too complicated but i won't hesitate sharing a version on your request so that your share your view .
#166 (with #165 as the back-up due to the crown) are in my top 2 favorites. I cannot say there is anything more to do specifically. LOVE how the U can stand on it's own. It is a bit overwhelming with so many versions but I applaud the effort and engagement. I might want to see the #166 design mentioned as tops with the crown from #165 swapped. I am leaning towards the "I" being best in blue versus green as it "pops" more, but wanted to see it with the other crowns as I cannot decide which I like best. I just need more time to decide so I extended by another day. There are 2-3 logos that are all VERY good. I am traveling from NYC to AZ today and my Dad was checked into ICU/Hospital with pneumonia. Stay tuned - do not lose faith but it will take time to check with the team and decide. And I am exhausted. Thank you so far. We also expect to launch another couple contests next week for 2 other trials given the positive experience with this. Amy
I like the roman pillar. I know it may be that there is a lot going on, but my understanding is also if we select this (#166 or a version with a crown), we will still be able to fine tune for the final logo?
Sorry for delay. My dad has been in intensive care and now is in hospice. We like the top 2 designers but will select you. We do need to have some final adjustments but it may be 2-3 days before I get back to you due to family issues. Amy
Number 166 is best. May need a version without the crown. And another version where the "O" is blue and the I is green. Also would like to see what if the "U" had a similar roman pillar look without the crown?
I hope the feedback is not confusing...there are so many versions that it is a bit overwhelming. I am not in our corporate office so I will be there on Monday night and Tuesday to look at all of them with our team and make a decision on Tuesday.
As a designer to keep balance and simplicity in the design its better to use one icon integrated into the design and doesn't makes it clumsy . Any changes are much appreciated .
Either use of crown or the Pillar or the river ( any one ) with green color is what i think will look good.
#182 was seen to be the lead and I will follow up when I land from a 6 hours flight I am getting on. The other 2 contests going on have also consumed me. I stil LOVE the crown but it was deemed a bit busy and they like this with the focus on the U and the river....final design may need the I to be green too...or I green and river blue. You can see hints from the other contests what the feedback is. Will will go with a version of your design it just has been crazy busy. See notes on the UNITY logo contest and the GENUINE under the briefs - updates on 11/5 were overall for all the designs. Thanks for your patience. We will finalize this by the deadline :)
