Online preparation and filing of lien documents in the State of Texas for the construction industry.

Designers choice, but b/c this is Texas and directed at the construction industry, more masculine colors will be appropriate.

Filing of liens in the State of Texas is a job performed primarily by lawyers (and it is considered to be a complicated task).

We have designed/designing a website that will automatically draft your lien form so that you don't have to pay a lawyer (it costs about $500.00 to have a lawyer prepare a lien affidavit).

A lien is an affidavit that is filed in the property records claiming a debt. The property against which the lien is filed cannot be sold without clearing the lien.
