I like the overall layout of your submission with the logo on the left, the line, and then the name. However, I don't like the logo very much because I'm not sure what the three bars would represent. Can you make the logo represent innovation or an idea like a light bulb but better and more creative than that?

Sure. I will work on it now in that direction.

Those three bars are depicting business and growth like used in business charts however one has to admit that they are overly used in that field for that purpose.
