OK, thanks for explanation. This logo is for the company of a friend of mine. I will ask him to provide his ideas and suggestions so you can better accomodate what it is he's looking for, ok?
Hi Scott, did you have a chance to read the comments I made in the Brief. I would like to have your ideas.
In the other contest (Riga Logistics Park) so far your entry is the best and I think we will choose this one. I would only like to see if we maybe look at some other color(combinations).
The owner if the project likes a strong wordmark such as the old Microsoft Logo. He feels that the font and way the name is written is the more important part of the logo...
Well i do prefer to design strong intelligent wordmarks over icons because unless the icon is a significant element then it's wasted space. for a mark that has no meaning.
Can you please make the logo 2D in stead of 3D, can you please use some other colors than red and grey and can you have a look at the "N" from Nemaco and see if you can incorporate this N. It is on the right top side of their website but is a bit low res now. I will try and (Monday) get a decent upload.
sorry, we were looking at #101 and the client commented as follows.
The shape of the whole park is not what he wants to portray. But the line of the 5 buildings that have a nice symmetrical look might be interesting. They are set-up in a nice rythm. And he thinks that the graphic detail should be 2D in stead of 3D.
Please do not hesitate to mail me if you wish to further communicate.
Kinda difficult to explain (because I really don't know where we need to go).
The client likes the simplicity of the green detail in #128 (but not really the font u used in that design) but at the same time he points out that he so much likes the (wordmark)strengh of the old Microsoft logo.
I wish I could help you out more right now but I don't know how to put to words what the client really wants. Let's say we're still looking where to go with this.
