Two buildings + letter 'T'.

Kept the two building but simplified. Added a 'T' between them and removed the ring. You also have the Blue&Grey option submitted. Let me know what you think.

The ring's purpose is to show the transformation/renovation. Let me try making it thinner, i'll also change the colors.

Can we see this in a like navy and gold or grey and blue and also without the ring or with a less pronounced version of the ring?
