We are remodeling a small 36 unit complex and renaming it The Terrazzo. We are also remodeling a sister property across the street and will need another logo for it which we are calling The Mosaic. This is an older flat roof style 2 building small complex that we are re-marketing after the remodel with a new logo for the new name. We want something clean and modern yet classic.
