What We Do

Teare Retail Group is a Commercial Real Estate Team that specializes in(the retail end of commercial real estate) Shopping Center Development, Leasing and Sales. The group works closely with retailers, property owners and developers in leasing, purchasing and land acquisition to fulfill their retail needs.

We will use our logo Below a company logo that is rectangular, and is black, white and predominantely red (see website www.terranomics.com. We generally lean towards cold, cool colors. We want our logo to blend with the company logo but definately stand on it's own.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

visit our website - http://www.terranomics.com/ (we work with Terranomics - not NAI BT or Chainlinks). The website shows the Terranomics logo all the way across the screen. It's actually in a small box using the words 'The Retail Division of BT Commercial'

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.

~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.

~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.

~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"

~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.

~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.

~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

We like the emphasis on TRG - that works for us...we also like the green that seems to be popping up.

We are not committed to the green and we are open to any color that would coincide with the Terranomics logo - www.terranomics.com. NOTE - we will primarily use the logo in our emails and brochures. It will be approximately 2 to 2.5 inches wide so we'll need the Teare Retail Group to be legible.
