thank you very much for your logo designs number 28, number 29 and 30. What I like about them is they were crisp and clean with beautiful colors and it seemed like you were trying to get a symbolic representation of movements in the graphic. When I look at the Logos I'm inspired by the colors and the simplicity however what is missing is the, " what does it mean?"
I think the way that you can fix this is by trying some new configuration within the center of the red blue circle to show the appearance of some sort of impact recycling, elastic recoil, spring-loaded mechanism or some kind of engineering device. Probably the simplest one is arrows projecting an impact into the center of the circle from the top left and then rejecting them some sort of movement through the center of the food portion of the circle projecting forward towards the team doctor's lettering. I'm going to give you kind of the arrows except for the second one should not be projecting at a 45° angle it should be projecting upward at a 45° angle only to level off projecting forward or perhaps over the team doctor's logo.
Don't be surprised if you see this logo by others because some actually making suggestions to them because what they're presenting nice except for I'm getting the same what is it mean situation with their logos so I'm giving everybody a fair chance by giving them the same recommendation. You don't have to take my recommendation you can use your imagination to figure out a way to keep it simple yet give it life and movement that follow some sort of engineering a i.e. physics blueprint.
