My first idea for you is one of movement and rhythm. I kept it subtle and recognizable (Nike Swoosh)it works alone or inside a square icon for web/icon/app use.
Simple but flexible. I used concepts from my previous logos that you cited.

Thank you so much for the personal message with your logos. I really like the colors more than any of the other logos that are presented in the simplicity of them. However the only thing that is missing is that you have to be able to look at the logo and say okay what is it mean. What we can do is we can take the following White's base graphic that you have and change it into something that actually has meaning that will make the team doctor's logo a winner following the design format you presented

this is the simplest graphic that I can think of that you can morph your designs into to make this a winner. Think of a group of scientists that have a video camera focused on the impact point of the human foot during running. What they see is the mass coming from the upper left corner of the blue box hitting the center bottom of the blue box and then bouncing projecting for word to the middle of the right side of the blue box. The arrow showing the projection up word, the second arrow, is not a good representation of how the body projects itself forward because it projects in a 45° angle. it should be curved to the middle of the blue box.
If you can get this with the beautiful colors that you have it could be the winner. Things I would change is to make the team a red color, leave the doctors blue change the font so it's a little thicker and more active and exciting, and see if you can get the blue box to look more like a blueprint or an engineering graphic as if it's part of a scientific study of human engineering or biomechanics.
I do like the simplicity of your designs and I know that by saying to make it more like an engineering graphic it takes away the simplicity but maybe something in between can be done. I don't know because I'm not the expert, you are. But what I think is that you can do it. I want you to win so please give this a try and let see if we can morph out a winner from these designs.
