I really like this concept (entry 6). One thought ... I'm concerned that if I used this for embroidered items (caps, shirts), the font will not show up since it's kind of a faded look? What's your thoughts about that? Maybe it would be worth doing this logo with the colors being a little more solid, so if embroidered, it would work better.
That being said, don't get rid of this design. It's still my favorite, just as it is.

On 15, can you make the orange darker? It's a little light (see some of the other designs) ... burnt orange is a little darker. Making it darker will make the Est 1982 a little easier to read. Thanks!
I'm still bouncing between your design and one other design. Can you do one last thing? Take out the two small stars to see what the design 94 will look like without them. And then do one more design using little Texas Longhorns logos instead of the little stars. If you're not familiar with the Texas Longhorns, google Texas Longhorns football and look for the silhouette that is on their football helmet.
Don't delete version 94 though, because it's definitely in the running.
