We will be a fast casual, walk up TACO SHOP! Located in the Historic Arts District of Taos, New Mexico... our primary customer focus will be tourists and locals alike. We have a contract with the Taos Pueblo to provide us with buffalo meat for our Tacos. That's a big deal. All of our food including tortillas are organic and non-gmo. Taos is a town of many cultures... Native, Spanish & Mexican are the majority here. We would like our logo to reflect that. Our building is 311 years old and directly across the street from the famous COWBOY KIT CARSONS HOUSE. Our building is very historic as well. We want to pay homage to the COWBOYS, NATIVES & VAQUEROS that Taos is famous for through TACOS!

We would like to incorporate a traditional "Navajo Spider Woman Cross" and "traditional tooled leather pattern" into the design. An example will be attached. Although, we are open to ANY ideas! Would love to see some bold vintage western style lettering! We also own Taos Tattoo, so we are up for BIG IDEAS! Our menu is a modern menu paying tribute to all the cultures of Taos. We are looking for a VERY COOL & STRIKING logo! Also the ZIA symbol is on our state flag... might be a cool accent.
