I like this! Make the buildings look more like buildings and make the man a Massai type figure and the tree more like an acacia tree. Keep tweaking it, add www.tanzamaps.com to the logo under the know the world around you. Swap the elephant with the buildings and flip the man so he's facing down so it flows from left to right. Make sense?
