I've returned for the evening....I'm on a PC but if you select 'download' there will be a way to maybe right click to 'extract the files...then you will need to extract them to the 'fonts folder' inside the program you are using. Hope that helps.
I believe I have them downloaded but they do not seem to be compatible with Word -- could that be possible? If so, are there different fonts that you could use instead that are workable in Word? Thanks!
I've downloaded the fonts and they are in my computers font book. When I bring up the fonts that are compatible with Word, these are not listed. Are they compatible with Word for you? If they are not, are there any others that you'd recommend that could be used instead that are workable in Word? Thanks!
Go to fontsquirrel...we have Firefox browser it's a little different for Chrome...I think that can be right clicked from the zip file and follow from Extract All as below...
Dowload File>in top right of browser click on the down arrow>pull down File in top left>Extract All>Browse>MyComputer>Windows>Fonts>OK>Finish
That should do it for you.
I will check back early tomorrow morning because I have another class and will be away until about 2.
I will be up for about another hour and will check back to see if you have any questions let me know.
Thank you for the instructions. I'll try tomorrow and let you know how I fare.
I'd like to also take this opportunity to congratulate you on the winning logo! I'm going to go right now and finish up the judging portion of this contest. Thank you again for ALL of your work and I look forward to the next steps of wrapping this up and then actually using the new logo!
If I can stay awake I will upload the files for you approval in your account. I need to be alert to not make any mistakes so if I see that I am too tired I will work on this in the morning or first thing when I return in the afternoon.
But either way I will check back with you before I leave in the morning
Thank you once again! I look forward to being able to communicate with you via email now. Kind Regards Teresa
Oh, one more thing I will be uploading the EPS and JPEG into your account for the design you have in 1st. After you are able to approve this, any other files that you want, like 4th place for example I will send those to you in an email as well.
Hope the download on the fonts work. If not, I will help you tomorrow.
I was able to download the logo files just fine - thank you! I do have the 3 font files downloaded and in the font book on my computer. My problem is that when I go into word and pages, I cannot retrieve any of the new fonts in the drop down menu. Any ideas on how to fix that??? I'm sure it is some simple step that I'm missing.
In the contest description, they also listed that I could receive: 1 X color PNG 1 X black and white JPG 1 X solid color JPG 1 X high resolution color JPG Plus something else for embroidery (can't remember what they called it)
Would these be possible? If so, what information do you need from me? Could you just email these to me? What is a PNG file??
I put the new logo on my email signature already -- it is beautiful! Over the holiday break I'll be updating my website with the new logo too -- very exciting!

Hi Jennifer, Hmm....not sure why they aren't retrieving...open your fonts folder to see if they are there Yes I will send you again the JPEG, EPS and also color and 1 color in GIF, PNG, SVG, PDF and AI in a zip file.
I sent you an email, did it go through? We can communicate there now. I'll send it again. Thank you once again! Teresa
