What We Do
I am a design build firm that also finds investment properties for investors to flip. What makes me completely different is that I draw in 3D (Autodesk product called Revit). I may build 1 or 2 houses a year with most of my income coming from doing drawings from builders and home owners.

Color Preferences
I would like to see EITHER a strong red presence, strong green or a strong blue color. NOT ALL, NOT MULTIPLE. The go to color should be white or black with red, green or blue being an accent color. Gold is another accent color that may look great.
I do like the effect of sketch line to be visible on the final logo showing how it was "drawn".
I am not sure that I would like too many defining colors. I would be interested in having shadows or 3D objects since I draw in 3D.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
I draw in 3D and 90% of my business comes from doing drawings for other builders and homeowners. I would like to see something that takes either a 2D blueprint drawing and makes it into a 3D drawing and or "real (color)" house **OR** I would like for it to be ultra simple (elegant, sophisticated and modern) and have the name of the company with no specific direction on what the company does other than using the DESIGN•BUILD•INVEST under the company name.
