Hello and thank you for your entries. We like the general idea very much, especially the look of 'stitches'. The thing is we will be using the logo on an embroidered ribbon that will be used for packaging, drawstring bags and labels on shoe etc and we are worried that the logo will be difficult to see on a small ribbon in a repeated pattern? The ribbon will be 0.8 cm. Of cours colors changes can fix some of this.
We do want the logo to be be able to be used in different colors over time.
We also like #153. Perhaps it can be combined with the old favorites # 2 in some way?
Hello, thank you for your designs. I apologize for the late reply.
We really like all your designs. Our main concern is the visibility of the design on an embroidered ribbon, so we worry that the details will be too small. We are having a hard time choosing since we like them all and we hope that with some revisions one design will pop out more and 'be the one'.
We like the simple font and gradient colors of #46.
We like the flowers and the lay out of # 166.
We like the multi color design of # 152 and 165. But we also like the single background color of # 166
We like the flower of #153 best.
We love the stitches.
So can you try to combined the simpel font with the flowers? Can you try different colors, also one with white background and colored font and flower? Also please try the multi colored one, the french looking one, with different font and size flower.
Could the design be gradient for the web and without for textil labels and embroidery?
I hope I am making sense and you understand what I mean? If not please let me know.
I think as far as a design is concerned, we should concentrate on the icon and type - the color is the simplest thing to changed - it may even end up that you use it in different colors in different situations ... this is pretty normal for a logo.
Firstly, as your main concern seems to be that this logo needs to work on a small ribbon, I would say that we should concentrate on just using a solid color as I have until now - just white for the text end icon. A detailed illustration like the one in #153 simply would not work that small.
I have uploaded what I think is the best combination of all the elements you asked for - let me know what your thoughts are ...
Thank you for the new designs, however, we I think the old ones are better, 166, 168, 165 etc We would like to see # 166 with the font of # 46 I would love to see what it looks like with a white background. Even though the colors can be adjusted later we need to know that it works that way too.
Hello again, we have now tested the logos and decided on a design. The test groups did not get the flowers and preferred the ones with out so that's where we are going.
As I said before we really like several of the designs. But as I also said we are concerned with the stripes and embroidery, but our manufacturer said he would try to work with it. If it works great, if not we would have to go with a design without stripes. So if we can have the design in both the striped version and a solid as back up that would be great? Thus we would like to go with design # 152 and for solid # 46.
But for solid we would need the text in color and the background in white as well. The colors we will be using are the red and navy.
Basically this means: One #46 red background with white text. One #46 navy background with white text. One #46 white background with red text. One #46 white background with navy text. One just as it is #152
We would like the designs in 1) gradient colors as well as 2) plain/ non gradient so we can use the gradient one for web and the other for labels and embroidery.
If you are fine with all this I will go ahead and select your design as the winner.
