Work It In To Work It Out - Meditation Redefined For Today's Mind

Cardio Meditation Fitness Training performed in a gym or at home on either an elliptical trainer, tred mill or recumbunt bicycle with eyes closed and covered while listening to current Sweatitation playlist of chill, house and electronic music through headphones. Preferred image would be an illustration of a very shapely, feminine woman with long hair moving, exercising on an elliptical trainer with a sweat head band covering her eyes, noticibly "sweating", peacefully smiling while listening to music through headphones.
