Here are my initial concepts for your consideration. I focused on the calm and inviting feel while keeping the designs clean and simple. In any case further suggestions are welcome.
Your designs are wonderful. Thank you so much for your submissions! My client ver pleased with #100, #99 and #78 variations. Would it be possible to make the following revisions so we could see a few more options? I've listed out the individual changes below:
ENTRY #100 -Can you revise or find another font that is similar, but a little easier to read? We love the current look of the font, but worried that the "r" in Karp looks too much like an "n" and the "S" in Suzanne looks a little disconnected. Here is another font the client likes....http://images.junostatic.com/full/CS1783348-02A-BIG.jpg -The circular graphic is perfect and is exactly what the client is looking for! -Using the new font choice, could you also explore an additional variation similar to ENTRY #123? Just so the client has an option of an icon or brandmark in addition to the stylized fonts.
Let me know if you have any questions and you're doing a wonderful job!!!!
I've searched for the font that is used in the pic you've send me, but I didn't found it so I've played with the fonts that I already have. I hope that are close to what you're client need and like.
Danisha! Thank you so much for the additional designs! You have exceeded our expectations with options and we really appreciate your hard work!
I'm so sorry for the miscommunication with the italian lights! Per the message board, feel free to submit additional designs independent of your current options. Although! We think that your current submissions are going in the right direction! I've also listed a few requests below.
ENTRY #145: Can make the "Suzanne Karp" line-weight a little thinner?
ENTRY #138: Can you increase the size of the "S" a little and remove the tail / curve in the bottom of the "S"? Then decrease the amount of space (kerning) between each letter? The "S" seems a little too curvey and the letters too wide apart.
Thank you for feedback. I must say that you've had a great contribution with the brief, being well created. The updates for for #145 and #138 are right here #180 #181 #182 In #182 you can see that I removed the tail from the "K" too. I felt like that is not part of the same film? Hope you'll enjoy the new updates.
It's a representing of the moon and its reflection in water alongside the Italian lights that come together with the moon, completing a special moment. Maybe it's too much to what the client wants, but I wanted to express my vision that I had.
The client was VERY pleased with your designs! I think that ENTRY #180 is on the right track to beeing the winner! Would it be possible to make the following revisions to the (2) concepts?
ENTRY #180 -Can you please show this design on a white background in black? -Can you some how attach the "S" to the "u" in "Suzanne" so it flows? You can also re-attach the little tail in the "S" if you think that it will work. I'll leave it up to you! -Fill-in the little loop/tail attached to the "K" -Balance the edge-spacing of the word, "PHOTOGRAPHY" in between the tails of the "z" and the "p" -Fill-in the white space of following letters in "PHOTOGRAPHY"....P...O...O...R...P. If we do this it will make the word easier to read if the logo were to be printed smaller. Just wanted to try this to see how it looks!
ENTRY #134 -Can you make the line-weight a little thinner? The client feels that it might be a little too thick and heavy.
Thanks again for all of your designs...you are very talented and we truly appreciate your eye for detail.
ENTRY #190 -Can you tighten up the loop on the "S" so it looks similar to the filled-in loop on the "K" -Slighly move down the "PHOTOGRAPHY" so there is a little more space between the tail on the "z" and the "P" & "H"
ENTRY #191 -Same revisions as above. Just want to see another option without the letters filled-in in "PHOTOGRAPHY"
ADDITIONAL OPTION FOR #191 AFTER REVISONS -The client would like to see the words stacked inside the circle in case we would need to have the logo inside a holding shape -This would just be an additional variation to the current design....which is beautiful!!!
Hello Danisha! It seems the client is leaning toward #193 for the final choice! I'll be in touch on Monday with further direction regarding file variations. Thanks so much for your patience!

Thanks so much for all of your hard work. My client is VERY excited and extremely pleased with your designs!
I'm so happy to hear that. Right now I do the changes and I'll submit it if necessary. After you decide what works the best for you, I can send you by email the png and ai files and through Logotournament I'll send you the eps and jpg files. So, I can show you right now some variations or you can choose the current logo as the winner and then I'll send you all variations by email.
