This is interesting. Could you remove the "our community's plan for climate action" as the words are very small and perhaps stretch the other words further around the logo so they are legible.

could you make the blue lines look more like a river? and maybe add the maroon color somewhere? Also would be interested in seeing a similar design with an older New England style church in this.
