We are Realtors providing exceptional service, yet we are laid back, warm & friendly. Want to convey the beauty of Hawaii, and the joy of sunshine. Perhaps including an outline of the Big Island, but ocean and sunshine should be primary visuals. Perhaps adding "Hawaii" after/below Sunshine Team. Prefer a modern look to capture luxury sales.
Do not want to emphasize palm trees, want the sunshine to be the emphasis. Trying to look luxurious, and definitely not cartoon like. Modern yet refined and elegant. Do not want to use the image of a roof or house. Want to capture the spirit of the big island.
