Our Ideas & Additional Information
Sundy Village is named after a historical home/restaurant called Sundy House which is the centerpoint of the development. We added Village to signify that the area around Sundy House will have a "village" like vibe and will meet the local/historical elements of the community. The project will be walkable and have beautiful gardens and subtle water features. Its important to note that Sundy Village includes "areas" on 4 different sides of the street so the logo needs so its more than a buildings. it will include over 10 buildings that make up our village.

the green on the roofs is an oxidized copper (similar to how the statue of liberty was once copper and is now greenish). not bright green
