Please note: ALL designers, try and change the color scheme a bit.. the green+blue one is getting too less an option to choose from. Can we try some other colors from the ones i have mentioned in the brief?

~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.

#17 - i love the way you've used the HR for both the brand name and the slogan. it's a good idea. but, still that impact or WOW feeling is not coming out from the logo as of yet.

#18 - this logo's overall feel is very "game-ish". It's making us look like a fast car racing game or something, if you know what i mean. :) it's powerful, but not for the right reasons. :)

guys please try some different color combinations. i'm seeing only blue+green combos here so far...

#1 - i like the font. it's comparatively better amongst the 3, but still not the best. I'm expecting something extraordinary.
#2 - the sum sign within the circle is good idea, but not "web2.0". it's kind of something i would have used for an "offline" company. ours is going to be a universal online platform
#3 - like the font, but the plus sign is giving it a "medical/health/fitness" connotation. Also, this particular green shade isn't giving a powerful image.
#4 - it looks good to the eye, but anyone who has seen "skype" logo will find an uncanny resemblance, if you know what i mean. though i like the web2.0 appeal in the logo. may be if you can try something else keeping the font and adding some mark.
#5 - i love the gradient effect, but the the pictorial image isn't very enticing

#23 / #25 - we liked the way you've given a subtle references to the + sign. i'm going to shortlist these as one of the finalists.

#20 / #21 / #22 / #24 - we're not too keen on using the "sum" unit sign in any of the logos actually

guys - please give us more color options... we would like to see something other than the same green+blue combinations.

#29 / #30 / #31 / #32 - sorry but the orange is too too bright. not the types that can be taken seriously... :(

#31 / #32 - the pictorial is too old fashioned for our web2.0 product.

EVERYONE - to be honest, i still haven't found a WOW logo that i can choose as a final logo. Though i love quite a few of the designs here, i'm still not impressed enough to close the contest and go home with my favorite logo

aren't there more designers coming forward to try this out? Only a handful of them have actually contributed here. I wonder why.. Isn't this a "contest"? :-/

#37 / #38 thanks for your logos restless48. Though i liked the color combos, i didn't quite enjoy the pictorial. It has connotations of an award event logo or something. May be you can try something with following inputs
* toned down brightness of orange.. more sober orange
* simple yet powerful pictorial instead of the man shape
* merge the HR in brand name and slogan into one

#44 - i loved this color combination, but the logo is too simple for our liking. Is there possibility to merge some design aspects considering our top rankers currently. May be a pictorial + merging the HR in brand name and slogan into one.

to be honest, i haven't found any logo great enough to finalize and seal the contest. All of them have some elements which are very suitable, and perfect as per our requirements - while other elements are lacking. To help all of you (and new designers) get a summary of my thoughts, i have listed my likes in all the logos submitted above.

#27 / #28 - loved the *simplicity* and *concept* of this logo
#44 - loved the *color scheme* and *font
#4 - loved the *web2.0 look* given to this logo
#41 / #42 - loved the *pictorials* in these logos

the best logo should have the touch of all above elements.

i loved the pictorials in another contest running right now for my_hr_coordinator
