I really like this. The reason I dropped it from the 1st spot is because I need a mark that can stand on its own. I really do like these, however.

Oh, I see. No problem. If you don't mind I took a crack at a version with a stand alone symbol as well. You can't blame me I am trying to "Succeed on Purpose" ;)
I think this may give you the best of both worlds! I will give you both versions, the stand alone and the "complete" logo.
