I'm not sure if this would work, but what if you made the shape of the text balloon the shape of a suboxone tablet-- which you can see here: http://outernazionalista.files.wordpress.com/2008/06/suboxone1.jpg

I think making it the orange color would be too much, but I'm wondering if the shape of a hexagon would tie things together a bit. Thanks!
