What We Do

Strive is the name of an internal program. It's a peer to peer reward and recognition program. It allows co workers to recognize each other and give thanks on a social message board. Team members can even give points that they can use to buy everyday house hold items, trips and iPods.

The program is based on www.achievers.com It uses it as the back end software. Although I don't want the logo to look like theirs.
