Strike is a mining company, principally focusssed on iron ore, but which also has a coal opration.

Current company colours are dark bue and orange, but if the logo works better with other colours that fit the image, we will be happy to be convinced.

While the image is to be "forward looking", this must be understood within the context of the resources industry, which is among the more conservative industries. The concept of "forward looking" cannot therefore be understood in the same radical way as it would be for say a web company. It principally means forward looking in terms of getting on with the business of developing resources, rather than say radical progressiveness as a company. Having said that, the company also wishes its branding to position it towards the socially aware end of the spectrum of mining companies, rather than at the staid and conservative end. If desired the word "Strike" can be given more prominence than the other words, or "Strike Resources" could be emphasised. The word "Limited" can be used or abbreviated to "Ltd" or dispensed with altogether if it is interfering with the concept.
