Here is my proposal for your company- modern and clever logo, with icon as "S" with two arrows at ends. This S itself speaks of strategy, heading to one or other direction, path. And icon has motion and strenth.

MY second proposal, general concept is the same, but i added a dollar bill elements, and divided S to two intersecting paths.
